Alice Power
is a Swedish pianist, born into a family of professional musicians. Winner of the prestigious Prix Cortot 2025 and laureate of several scholarships and international competitions, she performs widely in Europe as a piano soloist and appears at major festivals.

In 2017 she first met Professor Rena Shereshevskaya. This life-changing meeting led Alice to move to Paris in 2021 to study at École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot in her class, which has formed some of today’s greatest pianists.

In May 2025 Alice was awarded the prestigious Prix Cortot with the highest possible grades, shortly after receiving her Artist Diploma with highest honour from ENMP Alfred Cortot. In 2026 she received the Hugo Alfvén Award from the Royal Swedish Academy of Music.

Alice has performed in many of Sweden’s leading venues: with the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra at the annual opening of the Swedish government for members of the Swedish royal family and parliament; at Salle Cortot in Paris, Rosey Concert Hall in Switzerland, the Radio House of Wrocław, Frédéric Chopin’s summer house in Poland and the Royal Palace of Sweden. Her work has also taken her to China, England, Romania, Jordan, Italy, Norway, Georgia, Cyprus and France, with the Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, Massy Opéra Orchestra, Wrocław University Philharmonic Orchestra and Västerås Sinfonietta Orchestra, as well as many chamber music groups.

She released a single for European Gramophone in 2024. Her first solo album appears in 2026 for La Dolce Volta in France. Alice has worked with Renaud Capuçon, Gábor Takács-Nagy, Rafael Payare, Marc Soustrot and others. She has been personally invited by Sir András Schiff to attend his masterclasses and has benefited from his mentoring advice on many occasions.

In 2023 Alice was invited to participate in a gala concert for Princess Christina of Sweden, sister of King Carl Gustaf, for her 80th birthday celebration. Since 2011, Alice has also been a guest artist in the renowned Swedish show Rhapsody in Rock, created by pianist and composer Robert Wells. They have toured together for many years, performing in major Swedish concert halls and arenas as well as in England and China, with numerous appearances on international television.

Alice obtained her Master Degree in Musicology and Piano Interpretation in 2023, after writing a major thesis about musical rhetoric and J. S. Bach. Her interpretations of Bach have been particularly remarked for their brilliance, sound and spirit. Today, she works with Professor Rena Shereshevskaya in Paris while actively performing across Europe.

Born into a family of professional musicians, Alice began studying piano with her mother and grandmother. She also holds diplomas from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo with M. Shirinyan and the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where she completed her Bachelor of Music. In 2024 she was one of the soloists of the International Menuhin Music Academy in Switzerland.

In 2026 Alice performs widely at European festivals, including La Roque d’Anthéron, Les Étoiles du Classique, PianoScope, Vibration(s) and Wrocław Summer Festival. She has a project with Brigantes Orchestra performing two Bach concertos, appears in several conference-concerts at Salle Cortot, and continues recitals and chamber music series across Europe. Since 2025, Alice has also been Artistic Director of Öregrunds Musikfestival in Sweden.
