Info zu Live In Europe

Nach einer ausverkauften Europatournee in 2025 veröffentlichte Heather Nova am 27. März 2026 ihr Live-Album "Live in Europe". Das Album enthält 19 Titel aus verschiedenen Konzerten der Tournee, bei denen die von den Bermuda Inseln stammende Musikerin sowohl alte Favoriten als auch viele Songs aus ihrem 2025 erschienenen Album "Breath and Air" spielte.

Die reduzierte Besetzung bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass das Album wenig Wirkung oder Dynamik hat. Vielmehr verleihen diese minimalistischen, aber kreativen Arrangements den Songs eine Klarheit und Intensität, die diejenigen, die mit Heathers Werk vertraut sind, zu schätzen wissen werden. Die Songs werden auf ganz neue Weise zum Leben erweckt, pur und frei von jeglicher Produktion, und lassen viel Raum für ihre unverwechselbare Stimme. Und für diejenigen, die Heathers Musik noch nicht kennen sollten, ist es eine großartige Einführung in ihr Werk.

Über ihre Konzerte sagt Heather: "Ich habe immer gespürt, dass ich beim Live-Singen eine Energie habe, die im Studio unmöglich nachzubilden ist. Ich glaube, es ist eine Mischung aus Adrenalin und dem Gefühl für die Menschen im Raum. Bei einem Konzert erreiche ich mit meinem Gesang eine andere Ebene."

Heather Nova
Singer/songwriter, Heather Nova, first appeared on the scene in the mid 90s with her cello-infused alt rock hit "Walk This World" off her breakout album "Oyster". She has since released 11 critically acclaimed studio albums and three live albums. She tours consistently, maintaining a devoted fanbase. She has played most major European festivals, as well as intimate acoustic gigs in churches and opera houses, and has had her music featured in major TV shows and Hollywood films. She has released a book of her poetry and drawings, and has even been known to show up and play free at hospitals in between tour dates. She now lives back in her home country, Bermuda, and continues to write, record and tour world-wide.
