Roberto Guarnieri
started studying guitar in 2006 with his Maestro Roberto Palumbo and during the same year, in October, he joined th Ensemble Mandolinistico Estense of Modena. He then continued his studies at “Achille Peri” Conservatory in Reggio Emilia, first with M° Giacomo Baldelli and then with M° Claudio Piastra. He then proceeded to attain both I° and II° level graduations AFAM, with the highest grade and praise. He took part in several masterclasses with Maestros: A. Desiderio, F. Biraghi, P. Cherici, D. Bisso e G. Dipierro.
His concert journey led him to specialize in chamber music repertoire: duos, trios and quartets. Particularly he often plays guitar-harp and guitar-mandolin repertoire. In plucke string quartet he plays guitar and mandoloncello (he participated in “44th International Masterclass of Ancient Music” in Urbino, with M° Mauro Squillante).
Also he took part in orchestral conducting courses and masterclass with Maestros M. Boni, D. Agiman and D. Bisso.
In 2020 records his first CD Rediscovered, Luna Rossa Classic record label (artistic direction by M° F. Mezzena).
