Ómar Guðjónsson is a composer and multi-instrumentalist.
Co-founder of ADHD, LÓN, Roforofo and has been active on the Icelandic and European Music scene for over two decades.
For the past six years he has been mastering the Pedal Steel and has already released one album with the instrument, Ómar fortíðar, in 2022. Now his second album, with the Pedal Steel and his sixth solo album, will be released in January 2026.
On the album titled “210”, which is the postal code of his hometown Garðabær, he fronts two trios at the same time. On the left you have Tommy Baldu (drums) and Tómas Jónsson (keys) and on the right side you have Magnús Trygvason Elíassen (drums) and Magnús Jóhann Ragnarsson (keys).
A fantastic project that will blow your mind.
