Sowulo is a Dutch music project that makes modern day 'Viking Music'. Their ritual music will take you on a inner journey.

With these songs I intentionally invoke my inner Warrior, Lover, King and Magician and I hope it will help you to do the same.

This album is all about growing into a mature human being by connecting with the power of the four archetypes, and consciously walking together with them on the adventure we call the wheel of life.

These compositions express my interpretation of the four archetypes which I connect to the four seasons within and without, and so they follow the cyclical nature of mann.

Sowulo
makes modern day Viking Music. Sowulo is a Dutch music project that makes modern day 'Viking Music'. Their ritual music will take you on a inner journey.

There acoustic music will let you celebrate our great pagan legacy.

Since the idea of creating this music project early 2010, Faber started by producing a band logo, the concept and music for the debut album. It's all build upon the rune 'Sowulo' which represents the Sun.

In the end of 2011 all the ideas came together, so we started recording in The Orchus studio. This ritual music album entitled Alvenrad, came out in 2012.

In the end of 2016 we recorded and released our second album SOL. This is an acoustic blend of new and old material, and much more energetic then the first album.

This album contains no booklet.
