Info for Hidden Errors
"Searching for Home" produced their second album "Hidden Errors" at Bauer Studios Ludwigsburg.
The band's musical potential was captured in 11 new original compositions. The brass section was also included and raised the band's songs to a higher energetic level. The band's musical idea is to enrich pop music with many different genres and styles, thus giving it a new coat of paint, making it more spontaneous, emotional and multi-faceted.
"Searching for Home" stands for diversity and new influences in pop music without being too cerebral or contrived. The band stands for dominant beats and different sound colours, but always with clear melody and line.
The band Searching for Home has been in existence for 5 years. The members are 12 exceptional musicians from all over Germany who met in the Dresden area. Since 2018, the ensemble has been touring Germany regularly, working with national and international artists such as Rosie Frater-Taylor, Steve Taylor and Vincent Meißner.

Searching for Home
Formed in 2016 from a drum duo, "Searching for Home" is now a band collective of music students and producers from all over Germany.
The members have their roots in jazz ensembles, indie bands, classical orchestras, gospel projects and musical productions. From all these influences, the young musicians create an unmistakable sound on the edge of pop music. Elements of jazz and soul find their place just as much as trap beats, African folklore or Latin American rhythms.
The band's goal is to give pop music, which often seems so stagnant, a new coat of paint, to make it more spontaneous and unpredictable without seeming cerebral or contrived.
Since their debut album "Let Yourself Break" (2019), "Searching for Home" has played concerts all over Germany, realised a live session production and collaborated with top-class artists from Germany and abroad, such as Rosie-Frater-Taylor from the Royal Academy of Arts London or the multi-award-winning jazz pianist Vincent Meißner from Leipzig. The band used the Corona break to prepare for their second album. "Hidden Errors" will be released on 30 September and presented on a German tour from August to November.
